403(b) Plan

We care about your future plans and are happy to be able to offer a 403(b) retirement program and a discretionary 1% contribution.

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, you are eligible to contribute.

If you are an employee scheduled to work 20 or more hours in a week, Peaceful Living will make a discretionary contribution of 1% of your gross wages into your 403(b). The best part: you are not required to personally contribute into your plan in order to receive the 1% discretionary contribution.

The 1% discretionary contribution is vested after 1 year of employment.

You may change the amount, or stop/start contributing at any time. Just contact your Benefits Coordinator, Laneya Dentley, at ext 2033 or by email at PLbenefits@peacefulliving.org to do so.
